Kashmiri papier-mâché is a handicraft of Kashmir. It is based primarily on paper pulp, and is a richly decorated, colourful artifact; generally in the form of vases, bowls, or cups (with and without metal rims), boxes, trays, bases of lamps, and many other small objects. These are made in homes, and workshops, in Srinagar, and other parts of the Kashmir Valley.
Kashmir Sozani Craft

The word Sozani is a Persian derivative and means needle and Sozankari means needle work. It employs extremely fine stitches applied very close to each other creating a pattern . It is done with the help of colored threads and fine steel needle. While there are many different stitches used for rendering these patterns , the sozani craft predominantly employs the sozani stitch which is a kind of fine couching stitch with a reinforcing stitch laid over it.

A Kani shawl is a type of shawl originating from the Kanihama area of Kashmir. It is one of the oldest handicraft of Kashmir. This craft has been a part of the valley since the time of Mughals. The shawls are woven from pashmina yarn.
